3 EASY STEPS
1. DROP OFF
Place your order inside any open locker. If it’s your first order, you can use place your items loose or use any bag. Lock the locker by typing in any 4 digit code and turning the knob counterclockwise, up and to the right.
2. TEXT
Text your locker number, e.g. 1936 to 470-740-6768. That’s it, you just placed your order.
You’ll immediately receive an order confirmation via email and text. We’ll notify you again with detailed pricing once we’ve inventoried your order at our facility.
Have a special request or want to make us aware that an item requires special care? Simply follow the instructions in the confirmation text or email.
3. PICK UP
Your order will be delivered back to a locker within two business days of pickup. We’ll text and email you the locker number and 4-digit code you’ll need to open it.
OUR LOCATIONS
Joe May Cleaners locker stores are accessible 24/7, however pickup & delivery as well as dry cleaning facility operate Monday-Friday only.
Orders placed weekdays after 4 PM will be picked up the following day. Orders will be delivered by 6 PM on the day indicated in your text or email. Pick-up and delivery schedule will be displayed largely on the wall of each location.
